LA CAR REPORT—Jeff Courtney has created an impressive driving career since his early years. He was awarded World Challenge Rookie of the Year honors. He subsequently proved to be even more successful after moving from Touring Car to GT, joining Woodhouse Performance in the No. 99 Kenda Tires/ProMPI Dodge Viper Competition Coup. Courtney now pilots the No. 99 Kenda/RecStuff.com Audi R8 LMS. LA Car’s Ashley van Dyke got a chance to find out what this road racer is all about.
GALLERY—Leave it to Pasadena, California to combine a sidewalk chalk art festival with a classic car show. In celebration of Father’s Day, a sea of classic cars poured into Pasadena’s Green Street, flanked on both side by more than 500 artists from all over California create hundreds of murals, using pastel chalk as their brush and the pavement as the canvas. LA Car was there to capture the artwork drawn on as well as rolled onto the pavement.
