Finally! The Cadillac Blackwing series will be unveiled in less than a month after much anticipation. The 2022 CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing will make their first public appearance via livestream on February 1 at 4 p.m. PT.

The reveal will be streamed on Cadillac.com, the Cadillac Twitter page or Cadillac’s media site.

The ultra-high-performance sedans will bring on-track excitement with next-level craftsmanship to the Cadillac lineup, and will be available in late summer 2021.

For those who can’t wait until February 1, a special sneak peak will air at the Rolex 24 at Daytona on Saturday, January 30 prior to the big reveal on the 1st.

“The Blackwing name has come to represent the very best of Cadillac performance engineering, craftsmanship and technology,” said Brandon Vivian, Cadillac executive chief engineer. “The new CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing build on the brand’s respected legacy of ultimate-performance driving experiences and elevate them even further.”

While most Cadillacs radiate an underlying sleeper appearance, these new Blackwings could take that another step further. The supercars will feature specially tuned chassis, vehicle control technologies and engines. To compliment the driver experience, each model will be offered with a manual transmission, something that is sadly dying off.

Both the CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing have been spotted at various tracks and road courses around the country. At Virginia International Raceway, each car shaved seconds off previous lap times set by the ATS-V and CTS-V.
