On Sunday, January 26, 2020, the Petersen Automotive Museum hosted a cruise-in welcoming a staggering amount of American muscle cars. This particular cruise-in was themed towards Shelby vehicles, and attendees were treated to a panel discussion about the ‘Ford v Ferrari’ film. An impressive amount of Shelby cars showed up, including original Cobras, GT350s, and continuation vehicles.

While many cars at the cruise-in broke necks, two cars in particular warranted award-worthy qualities. First off, Steve Han’s gorgeous 2016 Shelby Mustang GT350 received the Hammertime Excellence Award. Secondly, a stunning 2017 Shelby Mustang GT350R owned by Chris Porter won over the fans and earned the People’s Choice Award.
