Pictures by Mark Dapoz What started as a small fundraiser to raise money for a soccer field in 1995 has turned into the world‘s largest one-day automotive event. The Woodward Dream Cruise draws 1.5 mllion people and 40,000 classic cars each year from around the world. And by ‘around the world’, it means from places as far away as New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the former Soviet Union. Our man in Michigan, Mark Dapoz, was there to capture Detroit’s version of The Dream Act.
