Pictures by Mark Dapoz Detroit may be reeling in bankruptcy, but it's still the home of the largest one-day automotive event in the world. We are referring to the Woodward Dream Cruise, and it draws 1.5 million people and 40,000 classic cars. The cars and spectators come from all corners of North America as well as places as far away as New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the former Soviet Union to take part in the cruise down Woodward Avenue in Detroit.
