It happens twice a year. It’s been happening for the past 10 years. Bugs from all over the Southland and beyond converge at the Irwindale Event Center to swap, show, shine and drag race. Volkswagen Beetles, Microbuses, Squarebacks, Fastbacks, Things—all things air-cooled. LA Car’s camera bug arrived with its own four-wheeled critter to soak in the day’s event.
