Downtown LA Welcomes the Lexus Culinary Cinema Event

The Lexus Culinary Cinema Event – a weekend of excellent drive-in movies and gourmet food – spices up the LA Live Event Deck downtown.

If you’re looking to get out of the house and enjoy a weekend of relaxation and delicious food, the Lexus Culinary Cinema Event might catch your eye. The event will take place this weekend, from November 13-15 at the LA Live Event Deck in downtown Los Angeles.

Guests are invited to enjoy a drive-in theater experience complimented by a gourmet three-course dinner inspired by that night’s feature film. The Lexus Culinary Cinema features both legendary chefs and movies.

Starting Fri., Nov. 13 through Sun., Nov. 15, Lexus is hosting the Lexus Culinary Cinema event at the LA Live Event Deck in downtown Los Angeles.

Guests are invited to enjoy an elevated drive-in theater experience with a three-course gourmet dinner inspired by the feature film playing that evening. This three-night event will feature a different menu every night curated by Lexus Culinary Master Chefs’ Jon & Vinny Dotolo, Ludo Lefebvre, and Carlo Mirarchi. The schedule is as follows:

· Fri., Nov. 13: Jon & Vinny and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

· Sat., Nov. 14: Ludo Lefebvre and Sideways

· Sun., Nov. 15: Chef Carlo Mirarchi and Little Miss Sunshine

Package 1: The Rick Dalton

Salad: Tomato caprese, buffalo mozzarella, basil, tomato vinegar

Entrée: Chicken cutlet, chicory side salad, lemon

Dessert: La Colombe tiramisu, chocolate sauce

Drink: Pellegrino

Package 2: The Cliff Booth

Salad: Tomato caprese, buffalo mozzarella, basil, tomato vinegar

Entrée: Marinara braised meatballs, ricotta, garlic bread

Dessert: La Colombe tiramisu, chocolate sauce

Package 3: The Sharon Tate (V/GF)

Salad: Chopped antipasti salad, zesty Italian

Entrée: Anson Mills polenta, marsala mushrooms, braised kale, cipollini onions

Dessert: Chocolate avocado pudding, cocoa nib dentelle, coconut caramel, olive oil, Maldon sea salt

Other highlights include complimentary gift bags and pre-movie trivia. Meals will be delivered to guests in takeout packaging for attendees to enjoy from the comfort of their vehicles.
