John Grafman has been a part of the local car culture for the majority of his adult life. Years ago, you could find him fabricating and clay modeling the designs of cars to come at the automotive design studios in Southern California. Don’t be surprised if you’ve seen his work before now, as most of those projects were concept cars shown at the international auto shows. John has been a part of LACar since 2003, reviewing everything from the go-anywhere AM General Hummer H1 to the stately Rolls-Royce Phantom. In between reviews, he’s busy running his own automotive design organization; AutoDesignO.
