The adversities presented by COVID have affected everything imaginable, and our local Petersen Automotive Museum is no different. The ingenious strategies employed by the museum have kept it afloat during these times.

The museum continues to survive thanks to its commitment to virtual tours. The museum has released countless virtual concours, tours, and other events all throughout the COVID era.

The Petersen have two new videos that are worth checking out; one is out now, and the other will be released on Sunday, February 28. You can view these videos on their YouTube channel, but we’ll give you the lowdown anyways.

The Petersen Automotive Museum to Host a Virtual Enzo Ferrari Cruise-In

The Petersen will host a virtual Enzo Ferrari Cruise-In on February 28, 2021, from 8-9 AM.

Who: Join the Petersen Automotive Museum and the Ferrari Club of America Southwest Region to celebrate Enzo Ferrari and one of the most iconic marques in history.

What: The Enzo Ferrari Cruise-In is a virtual event featuring video submissions from Ferrari owners worldwide.

When: The virtual event will premiere Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021, 8–9 a.m.

Where: Subscribe to the Petersen’s YouTube channel to tune in.

Petersen Automotive Museum Offers a First Look at the Volkswagen ID.4

What: Join the Petersen Automotive Museum for a full walkaround of the 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 including its exterior, interior and special features. Following the in-depth review, tour the museum's “Building an Electric Future” exhibit which explores the electric vehicle journey of Volkswagen and its MEB platform.

The VW ID.4 is the first fully-electric SUV from Volkswagen, which plans to launch up to 75 fully-electric models by 2029 and to sell around 26 million electric vehicles in this period.
